I was an early adopter of the OnePuttPro. The good news was that the price was excellent, but the bad was that there were issues with it; more specifically, with the firmware. Perhaps the main one for me was that it was giving impossible readings for face angle. I contacted Tanya in Operations, mostly via email, but also by phone. There were some iterations, but she had the patience of a saint with my issues and questions, and eventually, through a few firmware updates, all have been addressed and fixed.
For my testing of the device, I configured my indoor putting setup to be a slightly uphill, straight-in 6-foot putt; the only way to miss this easy putt was by introducing a flawed delivery. OnePuttPro measures 6 of these: Face Angle, Lie Angle, Loft Angle, Off-Center Strikes, Tempo and Acceleration. As you continue through your putting session, values for these six parameters are recorded and saved. Looking at them during and/or after gives a clear indication of which of these is or are your main problem, and drills are provided to work on them.
Since the latest firmware release, this device is a gem. I don’t know if I would have recommended purchasing it a month ago, but now, I give my enthusiastic thumbs-up. Again, Kudos to Tanya and the OnePuttPro development team for their excellent communication, support and response to issues.

The professional putters Association is nothing but putting and this oneputtpro is just that an aid that has helped me 2.5 less strokes a round avg. now with the correct putter by finding out by using this instrument and looking forward to winning a national event hopefully this year. I have already won this season more tournaments than i have seen i picked ip my first putter and won my first city tournament and i play 2 to 3 tournaments a week and practice indoors with oneputtpro almost 7 days a week getting my muscle memory perfected. I have to thank the team at oneputtproa and void putters for the best season in my life startingout this year and would still be playing garbage putts or strokes if not for the eye openingexperience with the data feedback from this device. I know it shows because other players are questioning what i am doing to improve at such a rate.
